****************************** There is NOW a RECOGNITION That a Memorial to the US Marines And Ewa Civilians That were Wounded, Died or KIA by actions of the Imperial Japanese Navy On December 7, 1941, Will be ESTABLISHED! ***************************** Further, Actions are underway To form a 501-3-C Non-Profit Entity that will seek to establish a U.S. Marine Corps Aviation Museum! This may also have an even WIDER Historic Scope given that Ewa Marines and related Naval Aviation, As well as Army Air Force units, Were involved in related Pacific Actions on OAHU ISLAND WAKE ISLAND And MIDWAY ISLAND ********************************* We hope that the FULL STORY Of this Fateful December Day be told, Including the History of the Japanese Naval Forces involved, so that all Future Generations, everywhere can visit Ewa Field and reflect upon the very REAL WORLD-WIDE IMPACT of December 7, 1941.
